There is a growing body of evidence to demonstrate the health benefits which can be gained from practicing yoga:

  • Improved mood and sense of well-being
  • Improved sleep
  • Stress reduction
  • Weight loss
  • Pain relief - for example in chronic conditions such as back pain
  • Cumulative benefits over time such as lowering blood pressure 

I can help employers bring these benefits directly to their employees, by offering in-house classes at the workplace. 

Yoga classes at work could be a valuable perk, offered in a convenient and familiar setting, in a cost-effective way. 

I can work with employers to create the perfect package for their employees. I will develop tailor-made classes or courses to suit employee needs, which can be delivered at the workplace or at an outside venue. 

A basic package could be a 6-week course of weekly classes, focusing on a particular area such as stress reduction. Classes typically take place before or after work, or at lunchtimes, and last between 60 and 75 minutes.

My rates are negotiable, depending on the course I design for you, length of classes and number of attendees.
